It is a very difficult question to answer. Anyway, I will talk to my close friends and my mentor in the evening and try to find some solution. Then only I can say something.

I feel sorry for you and your brother. Do you have a grandparent or Aunt you can turn to for help. Your mother sounds like she might need professional help - you may not be able to encourage her to do that alone - hence family help. Can you live with your Dad for a little while until your Mum works out her stuff. Violent episodes are very serious and should be treated as serious. If you have no one in your family to help you, turn to some of her friends, or your Dad or his family. There has to be someone that can help you to get out or get her some help. If you are still in school then you could talk to your Guidance Officer. Just get help - I know that sounds easy but find someone like a counsellor in a youth service near you, or at School that can help. If she gets uncontrollable violent and you fear for yourself or your brothers wellbeing just call emergency services. It might be the only way to get her to stop her behaviour and get the help she needs. I hope it all works out well for you.

Dude you need to either contact your dad or call social services what you are facing is serious. As your own mom has made death threats to you. I know you feel they aren't viable you should still contact social services. And some one can adopt you AND your brother or you both could go into foster care.

The best thing would be to discuss this w/your landlord. I'm sure he/she has better things to do than to go to court. If you have the money owed in full, take it w/you in cash, & as you're asking the question, begin taking the money you have & offer it to him. It's hard to not accept cash rite in front of you! I honestly believe if you have the money to pay the rent, there is no "cause" for an eviction. It w/have been satisfied. Now if the landlord no longer wants you there, that's a different story. He w/let you know he no longer chooses for you to be a tenant. I would go talk to the landlord before the date of the hearing. Best to you...

You would have to speak to the landlord. He is the one pushing the issue. The judge is only going to decide whether or not he has the right to evict you and when you have to get out. If you can try and talk to the landlord that would be the only way to get out of it. An eviction on your record can really screw you if you want to get section 8, housing, reduced rent, etc. in the future. They won't let you with an eviction on your record.
