Do you have a grandparent or Aunt you can turn to for help. Your mother sounds like she might need professional help - you may not be able to encourage her to do that alone - hence family help. Can you live with your Dad for a little while until your Mum works out her stuff. Violent episodes are very serious and should be treated as serious. If you have no one in your family to help you, turn to some of her friends, or your Dad or his family. There has to be someone that can help you to get out or get her some help. If you are still in school then you could talk to your Guidance Officer. Just get help - I know that sounds easy but find someone like a counsellor in a youth service near you, or at School that can help. If she gets uncontrollable violent and you fear for yourself or your brothers wellbeing just call emergency services. I honestly believe if you have the money to pay the rent, there is no "cause" for an eviction. It w/have been satisfied. Now if the landlord no longer wants you there, that's a different story.
