They have begun to garnish my wages and I have been paying them $ 50.00 in a installment agreement, which they violate everytime my wages are garnished!

it`s real hard to get out from under when they have you… do you have the proof? and if you do it will be real hard to get a real person the phone to talk to… i heard this one before.. they paid the owed taxes off and the IRS was still taking money out of their account..good luck to you i wish i could of helped..

I need an attorney or an organization knowledgable in ADA and civil rights law that is willing to take on a class action suit for discrimination and civil rights violations. The attorneys I have spoken to either are not knowledgable in both areas or claim it will be a conflict of interest. I have found one, but I can not afford the retainer. Also, Wisconsin Judicare can’t help me.

I am 19, a military widow. My husband was in the AF and MD ANG. Well I have went through my papers, and through the SMSgt, and he told me that I am entired to free legal assistance through the state. But right now, I am not sure who I should contact to see what laywers or attorneys are out there. I am having trouble right now dealing with my husband’s past bills, and his estate. I was married to him for only 5 months, and my name was never on any bills or accounts, so I dont know what I need to do and what not. try local papers or yahoo! real estate first. i’m not advocating for agents at all, but they can set you up with an rss feed so that when something comes on the market that meets your criteria, you’ll be emailed the MLS listing. so then you can check it out, and then call them if you’re interested. i really think that’s the way to go, especially in a competitive market like boston. you don’t want to miss out on new listings and sometimes the only way to get them is thru a realtor. good luck and happy house hunting!

If a software developer (or web service firm) creates a product or online service (such as an application, or a service like YouTube or MySpace), lawyers need to write all of the Terms of Use and conditions legal documents, as well as assist in future partnerships with other companies.

I work for a software company that specializes in software for law firms. I know many different lawyers that could help. However, I only know ones that use (or have thought of using) our software, so there may be better ones out there.

I would suggest looking for an “intellectual property” lawyer in your community. You can find on by looking at www.findlaw.com or www.martindale.com. If you look at martindale, look for one with an AV rating – that means that they have been rated by their peers as a top attorney, and have more than 10 years of experience.

I purchased a Ford Mustang in 2007, got financed from a bank that after 2 years and half, the bank sold all the car loans to a different bank. Without having any info about this bank, I missed a couple of payments being in between jobs, last month I got a job where I did save around 00 this month but the bank won`t let me make the regular payments anymore. I have to pay in full what I own them or have the repossession will take my car. I put over 000 in this car that I really love and I do not want to loose it. My credit is destroyed, I have 00 cash and I need another 00 to pay it off. My sister is willing to help me, she got an `ok` credit score, she applied at Wells Fargo for 00, got approved with a 35% interest. She was supposed to get the money 5 to 7 business days but it`s been already 14 days and nothing seems to happen. The Repo is looking for the car for 2 weeks already and I`m afraid they gonna find it before I get the money. Please help me with any kind of information in order to get a loan and keep the car
