Question by SweetM: How can you sale a house quick to get out of a really bad neighborhood?
My parents have lived in a house for more than 23 years and the neighborhood has really went down south. I truly worry about their safety. What can be done to get out of a house, that would be very hard to sale due to shady neighbors and in an area that police come frequently. They have 2 mortgages on their home and can pay for their monthly payments so would a short sale even be an option? Please help, any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

trade the equity in the home for one where you wan to live;
its called a 1031. I can help set it up.
